Children's National Hospital and Virginia Tech Symposium on AI for Pediatric Health 2024

The “Symposium on AI for Pediatric Health" will be a one-day symposium jointly organized by Children's National and Virginia Tech. It will be an event that brings together faculty, clinicians, and scientists from both institutions to promote inter-institutional collaboration on AI for pediatric health and grow capacity at both institutions through strategic partnerships and external resources. The key outcomes are to share experiences, learn about signature programs, connect faculty/fellows, grow AI capacity, and promote collaborations. In addition, the symposium will promote seed funding to ignite collaborations at the Children's National Research and Innovation Campus and other research sites. The event will feature scientific and executive leadership from both institutions as well as leaders from industry and government.
