About the Lab
The majority of our research is geared towards interpretation and integration of different types of high-throughput omics datasets, including genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, to understand the mechanism of the action of immunotherapy, search biomarkers and actionable drug targets in pediatric cancers. Currently, the lab is actively working on the development of spatial multi-omics technologies and bioinformatics tools, with broad applications in disease diagnosis, prognosis, and stratification.
