FACS Core Equipment
The Flow Cytometry & Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting Core (FACS) provides investigators with access to 3 FACS analysis instruments and 2 FACS sorters and equipment needed for operation. Services include individual user training on the use of analysis machines, assistance with analysis and interpretation of data, assistance with panel design, methods, and experimental assistance, and composition and editing of methods and results. A summary of each piece of equipment is included below.
Equipment Types
Online scheduling is first-come-first-served, and fees are assigned based on the greater of time used vs. time reserved. Fees are updated yearly to reflect costs of service contracts, maintenance, and reagent and consumable supplies.
